Day 1 (March 19, 2010)

Removed and scrapped the original straight six from the 1963 Studebaker Lark VI. 

Removed the front end, steering column, transmission cross member, some brake lines, and the gas line. 

Also, we prepared the Mustang II front suspension to be welded into the original Studebaker frame. 

Thomas helped disassemble the steering assembly. 

Day 2 (March 20, 2010)

Cut off the original Studebaker front end. Welded the Mustang II front end onto the frame. 

Reattached the front clip. 

Day 3 (March 21, 2010)

Made the frame horns that hold up the front clip. They were made by cutting off the original frame horns and extending them with 2x3 box tubing. 

Day 4 (March 23, 2010)

Attached the two frame horns to the Mustang II front suspension. 

Day 5 (March 24, 2010)

Removed the front clip. Finished disassembling the original Studebaker front end. Made and welded on strengthening plates for the frame. Began disassembling the Mustang II front end.
